Bedecked in glittering jewelry and an embellished skirt with gold and silver thread, Joy's fine feathered wings are her crowning glory.
This project is comprised of twelve design pieces embroidered on felt in the 6x8 hoop. Feathers are glued onto her wings with clever pockets embroidered in the hoop for ease. Stuff with padding, assemble a cone skirt with stiffened felt, insert pipe cleaners into bendable arms, and complete with glue.
Very stable when finished, Joy may be used as an ornament, or a large Christmas tree topper.
