These ITH Baby Bibs are quick and easy to make. The front of the bib is quilted and made in the hoop. To finish the bib, a backing fabric is sewn on using your sewing machine. A little hand stitching is used to close the opening from when the backing was added.
The front of the bib is made up of 4 panels. The panels are joined together in the hoop and each panel is quilted at the same time. There are no raw edges and a decorative stitch joins the panels together. Each panel fits the 5x7 hoop, so a large bib is made using a smaller hoop. A different fabric is used for each panel, making each bib a color block bib. It is a fun way to use up smaller, left over pieces of fabric. Have fun mixing up your fabrics to create unique color block bibs.
