ITH Penguin Scarf
You choose how long of a scarf you want. All parts are made in the hoop. Head is made in one hooping. Legs are made in 1 hooping and tail is made in one hooping.
You must have a 8x8, 6x10 or larger sized hoop to make this scarf. Design requires some hand and machine sewing. File includes full step by step instructions with color photos!
Unlike my other in the hoop scarf designs, the parts did not need to be rearranged for different hoop sizes. All parts will fit in a 6x10 or 8x8 sized hoop or larger. There is only one size.
